For Singapore, we currently have 3 delivery options available.

Our working days are Monday - Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays, Christmas eve and New Year's eve. Note that both orders AND payments must be made before the order cut off time.

Standard Delivery (Singapore)

Delivery within 1-3 working days. Most orders will be delivered within 1 working day. You can find out the exact delivery time here. This option is currently free for registered users.  

Urgent Delivery (Singapore)

Delivery within 1 working day. Select this option if you require your order to be delivered at a specific time. This option is chargeable based on order weight / volumetric weight. 

Self Collection (Singapore)

Please allow 1 working day for us to prepare your order! Orders can be collected from the Buynav.com office Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm (SGT):

For deliveries, we provide tracking for your orders. No more wasting time calling and asking about the whereabouts of your delivery!

To track your deliveries, click on 'My Account':

Find the order you want to track and click on 'Track your order' to see the order status:

If your order has been dispatched (i.e. delivery has been organised), you will see the following message. Note: delivery tracking is only available for orders which have been dispatched:

You can track your shipment by clicking the tracking number provided:

We currently have 2 methods of payment available to all customers. Note that for delivery timings, both the order and payment (+ proof of payment) must be completed before the cut off times.

Credit / Debit Card

You can pay for orders by Credit or Debit card. Simply add your card number, cardholder name, card expiry date and CVV at checkout. Payment will be taken immediately.

PayNow (Singapore only)

This payment method is only applicable to orders from Singapore.

You can pay for orders via PayNow. Please send the full payment to:

As with bank transfers, a screenshot of the payment confirmation page must be emailed to sales@buynav.com with the order ID # in the subject. We do not accept screenshots of SMS notifications.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been verified. Orders will be cancelled within 1 hour if no payment has been made or the screenshot is not sent.
